be weary of "energy" drinks, and stick with the basics.
Try to eat clean from the night before the game (lots of complex cards) to lunch the day of the game (simple carbs). Make sure you drink lots of water during gameday and maybe have a powerbar or a granola bar 1 2 hours before the game. I find that I play better on on empty stomach, so I eat a huge dinner the night before the game and try to eat many smaller meals during gameday.
