"We really excited," owner Paul Watley said. "This is something we wanted to do for a long time and everything lined up, just having the incubator program and just getting this space and being able to do all the renovations in here so quickly. It been a whirlwind but we really excited to be open."

First DTSF Incubator Store Open For Business
605 Running Co. hopes the new program helps run them into the future.
SIOUX FALLS, SD 605 Running Co., 124 S. Phillips Avenue, just opened its doors on Friday. It a big grand opening for the store, but also for Downtown Sioux Falls. This is the first store in its downtown retail incubator program.
The incubator program is specifically designed to get retail business in downtown Sioux Falls. There is another incubator store that will open up soon; "A League Of Your Own" will Nike Zoom Air Pegasus 89 sell licensed athletic gear.
